Over the past decade I’ve stood up analytics functions, shipped machine learning into enterprise production, and driven AI adoption through the organizational friction that usually stalls it. The hardest part is rarely the model. It’s the incentives around it, the decisions it’s meant to serve, and the people who have to trust it.

I write here to step back from delivery and think about what drives outcomes: how systems succeed or fail, how incentives shape behavior, and how individuals navigate complexity, uncertainty, and change. Whether the subject is a machine learning architecture or a Camus novel, the underlying question is the same — what helps us think more clearly, decide better, and move forward with intention.
